You can cancel your stay without reason so long as you give us at least 7 days notice and we will refund the cost of your holiday. And if Government restrictions are introduced which prevent you from travelling, or us from hosting you, we will refund you in full for this too. |

With its origins in the 16th century, we're proud to be the custodians of this ancient village home, to have sensitively restored this historic space, and to offer it as a unique, luxurious base for visits to Bath and the surrounding area. Two historic pubs are no more than a few minutes' walk, whilst a half hour stroll along the picturesque Kennet & Avon Canal will see you at the doors of the Bath Abbey at the core of the Heritage City of Bath. Museums, galleries, stately homes, fabulous pubs and restaurants and rolling Somerset, Wiltshire and Cotswold countryside are all within easy striking distance.
